Carbon Construction

The ZEPHYR SSL uses a premium layup of Toray T1100 tensile-grade carbon fiber combined with M65 ultra-high modulus fibers. The result is a handlebar that excels in every dimension — stiff where it needs to be, lightweight where it matters, and resilient against the impacts of real-world racing.

Nano-Resin
Technology

Integrated nano-resin throughout the laminate dramatically increases resistance to micro-cracking and high-load fatigue. The same nanotechnology used in Quick Pro's frame lineup is applied here, meaning the cockpit performs to the same durability standard as the bike it's mounted to.

One-Piece
Integrated Design

The seamless monocoque construction eliminates the stem/bar interface entirely — reducing weight, improving stiffness, and creating a cleaner aerodynamic profile. Full internal cable routing keeps hoses and wires hidden from bar-end to head tube for a professional, drag-minimizing appearance.

How to choose your size:
Bar width should match your shoulder (bi-acromial) width or go 1cm narrower for an aggressive, aero fit. Measure shoulder-bone to shoulder-bone. If your shoulders measure 39cm, a 380mm bar gives you a locked-in race position. Note: as a one-piece integrated handlebar, stem length cannot be adjusted after purchase — confirm your fit metrics before ordering.

Yes. The ZEPHYR SSL is designed to pair with all Quick Pro frames using a 28.6mm steerer and internal cable routing, including the ER:ONE and AR:ONE. If you're unsure about compatibility with another brand's frame, contact us with your headtube spec and we'll confirm.
Can I upgrade the stem length later?

No — this is a one-piece integrated handlebar. The stem reach is fixed at the time of purchase. This is standard for all integrated cockpits. Make sure to confirm your bike fit before ordering.
What is the weight?
