Welcome to Quick Pro Benelux. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quick Pro Benelux website and your purchase of products through our online store.

Quick Pro Benelux is a trading name of Florian Bikes, registered in the Netherlands. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers. Where specific rights apply only to consumers, this is stated explicitly.

2. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our online store.

You may browse our website without creating an account. We also offer guest checkout, so creating an account is not required to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address and payment information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, this may affect our ability to process or deliver your order.

3. Our Products

We sell bicycle products including, but not limited to:

• framesets;

• individual frames;

• handlebars;

• seatposts;

• saddles;

• wheels;

• bicycle components and accessories; and

• complete bicycles.

Our product range may change over time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor differences in colour, appearance or presentation may occur depending on your screen or device.

Product specifications, colours, designs and availability may be changed or discontinued where necessary. Any such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.

4. Product Use and Assembly

Our products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable product instructions and safety information.

If you build or assemble a bicycle yourself using a Quick Pro frame, frameset or components, you are responsible for ensuring that the bicycle is assembled correctly and safely.

We strongly recommend that bicycle assembly, component installation and any safety-critical adjustments are carried out by a suitably qualified bicycle mechanic.

Quick Pro is not responsible for damage or defects resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse or use contrary to the applicable product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A purchase agreement is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the products have been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

• the product is unavailable;

• there is a clear pricing or product information error;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity;

• the order contains inaccurate or incomplete information;

• the order cannot be delivered to the selected destination; or

• there is another legitimate reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

We will not use this provision to circumvent your statutory consumer rights.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

For orders shipped within the European Union, the price shown at checkout is the total price payable, including applicable VAT and shipping costs.

We offer free shipping for EU orders over €499. For EU orders below €499, applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

For eligible destinations outside the European Union, a flat shipping fee of €89 applies. Orders to these destinations are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that Quick Pro covers applicable import duties, VAT and customs charges.

The total amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay to Quick Pro for your order.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Additional payment methods may be displayed at checkout depending on your location and eligibility.

7. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices and product information on our website are accurate.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If we cancel an order for this reason after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

This provision does not permit us to change the agreed price of an order merely because we later decide that the price should have been higher.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day or the next business day after the order has been placed.

Estimated delivery times are:

Within the EU

• Benelux: 1–2 days after dispatch

• Rest of EU: 5–10 days after dispatch

Outside the EU

• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Monaco: 5–15 days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

No rights can be derived solely from an estimated delivery timeframe. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law if an order is not delivered within the applicable legal timeframe.

9. Risk During Delivery

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Quick Pro until the goods are physically received by you or by a person designated by you, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection applicable to the delivery of goods.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period and return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

We provide a return shipping label for standard returns. The actual cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

If the return concerns a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, no return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our return policy.

11. Legal Guarantee and Conformity

For consumer purchases, you have statutory rights relating to the conformity of goods and protection against defective or non-conforming products.

These statutory rights apply regardless of any additional commercial warranty offered by Quick Pro.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact us at support@quickprobikes.cc. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy or any commercial warranty is intended to limit or exclude mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Quick Pro Manufacturer Warranty

In addition to applicable statutory rights, Quick Pro products may be covered by a manufacturer's commercial warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty currently provides, subject to its applicable terms and exclusions:

• 5 years for Quick / Quick Pro framesets;

• 3 years for Quick / Canwin wheelsets; and

• 2 years for Quick / Canwin carbon-fibre components.

The commercial warranty is generally intended for the original purchaser and is subject to proof of purchase and the applicable manufacturer warranty conditions.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover issues resulting from, among other things, improper assembly, misuse, unauthorised structural modifications, accidents, collisions, abnormal use, normal wear and tear or other exclusions specified in the applicable warranty conditions.

Where a warranty claim is accepted, Quick Pro will cover the applicable shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.

For warranty claims, please contact support@quickprobikes.cc before returning the product.

The commercial manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory rights applicable to consumers.

13. Business Customers

These Terms also apply to purchases made by business customers.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, business customers are responsible for providing accurate company and billing information and for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended commercial use.

Consumer-specific statutory rights, including the EU consumer right of withdrawal, do not automatically apply to business customers.

Separate terms may apply to dealers, resellers or other business partners where agreed in writing.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Florian Bikes / Quick Pro Benelux or the relevant rights holder.

You may use our website and its content for personal or legitimate business purposes related to purchasing or evaluating our products.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Quick Pro, Quick Pro Benelux and related names, logos and designs are trademarks or trade names belonging to their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, analytics services and Shopify.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

16. Website Availability and Information

We aim to keep our website available and information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational purposes.

We may correct typographical errors, technical errors or inaccurate information on the website.

Any such correction will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products where such liability can legally be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for, among other things:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded;

• breach of mandatory consumer protection rights; or

• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

For consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or remedies.

18. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, including information processed through Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers and other service providers.

19. Complaints and Customer Service

We encourage customers to contact us before taking further action so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to consumers under the law of the country in which they reside.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you retain any mandatory rights and protections granted to you by the laws applicable to your consumer contract.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

Changes will not affect orders that were already accepted before the updated Terms became effective, unless required by law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
